1. Your Rights
Under various global privacy regulations (such as GDPR, POPIA, and CCPA), you have specific rights regarding your personal data. At tendAI technologies, we are committed to helping you exercise these rights.
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request that we delete any personal data we have collected.
2. How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of your data subject rights, please send an email to our privacy team.

Please use the subject line: "Data Subject Right Request" and specify which app your request pertains to.
3. Note on Local Data
Many of our applications, including Ortho, are designed to store user data (such as high scores and theme preferences) locally on your device.
- Self-Service Deletion: You can exercise your right to erasure for local data at any time by clearing the App's storage or cache in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
- Access: Since this data is stored locally and not on our servers, your access right is exercised by viewing your statistics and settings directly within the App.
4. Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your personal information.
